KAVC Duo Ayo Innocent and Ogusul Isaac impress at the Zone V beach volleyball.

KAVC’s dynamic pair, Ayo Innocent and Ogusul Isaac, are flying the Ugandan flag high at the CAVB Zone V Beach Volleyball Championship in Bujumbura, Burundi. After a tough opening match where they fell 0–2 to Burundi’s Manariyo Floric and Gakiza Don Car (17–21, 19–21), the Ugandan duo bounced back in style. Today, they put on a commanding performance to defeat Tanzania’s Saidi Alhaji and Selemani Hassani in a hard fight — 14–21, 21–17, 15–09 — showcasing resilience, teamwork, and the fighting spirit that define our club. Their recovery win keeps Uganda’s hopes alive in the championship as they continue to battle for a podium finish against the region’s best. KAVC and the entire Ugandan volleyball community are proud of Ayo and Isaac’s performance. We wish them continued success as they carry our colors in Bujumbura.
